Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for an Assistant, located in Miami Beach, FL, with some work from home acceptable. The Assistant will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, schedule management, order fulfillment and customer service. Additionally, the Assistant will assist in organizing events and managing social media accounts.
Requirements:
✅ Must be based in South Florida and able to commute to South Beach at least twice a week
✅ Must have a car for transportation
✅ Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
✅ Strong communication and customer service skills
✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
✅ Social media savvy (content creation, engagement, and strategy)
✅ Ability to negotiate and organize events/activations
✅ Capable of handling order fulfillment and logistics
Preferred Skills (a plus, but not required):
✨ Interest in fashion and color analysis
✨ Graphic design and video editing skills
✨ Familiarity with Shopify and QuickBooks
