Server!
ESSENTIAL DUTIES :
- Provide food and beverage service in dining room
- Serve residents and guests in A la Carte, full-service atmosphere with attention to detail and hospitality
- Models a service and solutions-oriented attitude towards others, takes ownership in solving problems and takes the initiative to make things better
- Friendly and courteous to residents, patients and co-workers
- Ensure resident / patient, visitor, self and co-worker safety by remaining aware of and reporting any new or existing safety hazards
- Maintain good attendance record; arrive to work timely and conform to scheduled work hours
- Wear appropriate and assigned protective gear, i.e. apron, hair net, mask
- Ability to follow opening and closing procedures including workstations
- Clean and / or pull dishes from dish room to dining area
- Complete daily cleaning according to schedule or Supervisors instructions
- Assists with any special events as assigned
- Reset tables to specifications with clean pressed linen
- Fold and sort silverware and napkins for dining room
- Set-up hot buffet / salad bar / desserts / beverages / service side stations and take temperatures of food before service, clean appropriately at the end of service
- Assumes other responsibilities as assigned
