Duties
- Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes.
- Provide information about The Outpost's amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
- Ensure cabins are cleaned on-time and up to The Outpost's standards.
- Collaborate with other employees to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Exhibit excellent phone etiquette while managing incoming calls and reservations.
- Support front desk operations by managing room assignments and ensuring cleanliness standards are met.
Experience
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred, particularly in a hotel or resort setting.
- Familiarity with guest relations practices and front desk operations is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members alike.
- A commitment to providing outstanding guest services while maintaining professionalism at all times.

Pay: $10.50 - $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
