Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hospitality Manager to oversee the daily operations of multiple locations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in all aspects of Hospitality management, including both hotel management and F&B management. This role requires exceptional leadership skills with a boots on the ground approach to ensure a high level of service and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate possesses strong technology skills as well as leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily operations of multiple locations to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability.
- Manage profit and loss statements, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Oversee Hospitality initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of objectives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance operational efficiency.
- Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration among staff members.
- Coordinate sales strategies to maximize revenue generation.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members, promoting professional development.
Experience
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar role within the Hospitality Industry.
- Strong background in profit loss management and business development strategies.
- Strong background in scheduling and employee management.
- Demonstrated expertise in Hospitality management and strategic planning processes.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
- Experience in process improvement methodologies is highly desirable.
- Proficient in sales techniques and supervising diverse teams.
