The Outreach Team is hiring immediately for part-time, hourly support staff for a statewide signature collection drive. Support staff will work in the office alongside a Validation Deputy Director to help monitor, review, and assess the quality of petition forms collected by canvass staff in addition to managing the printing and office organization for forms. This position is managed by the office Validation Deputy Director.
Locations: Tampa, Pensacola, & North Miami, Florida
We are hiring immediately. All positions run through [Date] with possibilities for advancement afterwards. Shifts run from 3:30 - 9:30 PM on weekdays and weekends. Hours are flexible and can be adjusted with approval from the office Lead Director. This is a part-time position.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Validation Director with the scanning, naming, and uploading of petition forms to the quality control platform
- Review forms for quality control and suspicious information
- Report form concerns to the QC director promptly
- Own the printing and in-office organization of all form filing systems
- Own the badge production and printing for all circulator staff
- Strictly follow the campaign's petition safety protocols
- Represent our organization and communicate with the public or client professionally and abide by state law
The Ideal Candidate Has:
- Moderate level of computer and internet literacy including the ability to navigate between multiple tabs in an internet browser and navigating basic computer functions.
- Comfortability navigating spreadsheets, including the use of filters to navigate between multiple datasets.
- A high degree of accuracy with note-taking
- The ability to scan documents and maintain an accurate and consistent organization strategy for files.

Pay: Pay is $18/hour. This is a part-time position at 25 hours/week. At the end of the campaign, there may be additional opportunities for advancement.
