POSITION TITLE: LITTER PROGRAM MANAGER/#EARTHDAYHHI Consultant
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS:
The Litter Program Manager/#EARTHDAYHHI Consultant/ will
1. Plan, organize, and facilitate #EARTHDAYHHI program development meetings
with Outside Foundation team to create an expanded, year long, litter removal and
educational awareness initiative.
2. Create a written strategic plan with program objectives/curriculum content, goals
and metrics
3. Produce a work plan for implementation of #EarthDayHHI 2025 with supporting
timelines, project schedule, budget, scope, and volunteer needs.
4. Solicit and nurture community partnerships as part of a year-long
#EARTHDAYHHI initiative
5. Execute all #EarthDayHHI activity in April 2025
6. Serve as lead for the School Challenge component of #EarthDayHHI
7. Schedule standing meetings with designated Foundation team members to monitor
progress of program and integrate public partners and Foundation stakeholders
8. Perform administrative tasks such as setting up and maintaining records and litter
data specific to the amounts and types of materials picked up
9. Attend Outside Foundation team meetings to exchange information, and stay
current on ordinances, regulations, and statutes governing the area of expertise
10. Complete follow up impact report for #EarthDayHHI 2025 program and 2026

Pay: $20,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No less than 10 per week
