Google PPC and Meta Ads Expert

Are you a seasoned digital marketing professional with 10 years of experience in managing high-performing Google Ads and Instagram Ads campaigns? At Ovation Law Firm, we’re looking for a proven expert to lead our advertising efforts, with complete control over strategy, execution, creative development, and optimization. This is not an entry-level role. We need someone who lives and breathes performance marketing and thrives on delivering measurable results.

What You’ll Do

This role goes beyond basic ad management. You’ll be the architect of our lead-generation efforts, entrusted with responsibilities that cover the entire ad lifecycle:

1. Full Ownership of Campaigns:

• Design, execute, and manage Google Ads and Instagram Ads strategies tailored to our target audience.
• Develop campaigns that align with our business goals, focusing on lead quality, CPC optimization, and conversion rate improvements.
• Take full accountability for the performance and ROI of our advertising efforts.

2. A/B Testing Mastery:

• Plan and execute A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to continuously refine performance.
• Track and analyze test results to identify winning combinations and make data-driven decisions.
• Optimize landing pages for better user experience and higher conversion rates.

3. Creative Development:

• Work closely with designers and content creators to produce high-performing creatives—from eye-catching graphics to persuasive ad copy.
• Conceptualize and guide the creation of video ads, carousels, and static image campaigns tailored to various audience segments.

4. Advanced Campaign Optimization:

• Analyze campaign performance daily, adjusting bids, targeting, and creative to maximize ROI.
• Leverage advanced segmentation techniques, retargeting strategies, and lookalike audiences to scale campaigns effectively.
• Ensure robust tracking systems are in place, including pixel implementation, UTM tracking, and conversion attribution.

5. Strategic Growth:

• Research and implement the latest trends in digital advertising to keep campaigns innovative and competitive.
• Continuously explore opportunities to scale campaigns while maintaining cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with leadership to align marketing strategies with overall firm objectives.

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Expertise:

• 10 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Instagram Ads, preferably with high-budget campaigns.
• Deep understanding of lead generation strategies and how to target and convert high-quality leads.
• Proven track record of scaling campaigns while maintaining or improving ROI.

Skills That Set You Apart:

• Data-Driven Decision-Making: Mastery of tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and Meta Business Suite to track performance and derive insights.
• Creative & Strategic: The ability to marry analytics with creativity to craft campaigns that stand out and perform.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: Quickly identify underperforming areas and implement fixes to turn campaigns around.
• Landing Page Optimization: Expertise in designing and improving landing pages for higher conversions.

Preferred Industry Knowledge:

• Experience in legal services, service-based businesses, or lead-generation-focused industries is a significant plus.
