Responsibilities include:
- Managing competition sign-up
- Complete one-day preseason coaches training on campus
- Plan & Execute all team practices and competitions in collaboration w/ Student Leaders and department admin
- Provide basic medical treatment for non-life-threatening injuries (we’ll train). Ability to execute emergency plan for campus facilities
- Meet department coaching standards and season planning expectations
Requirements
Successful Candidates will:

- Brings perspectives, identities and skills that reflect, affirm and enrich the diversity of the Overlake community
- Be able to pass a criminal background check and have an acceptable driving record
- Vaccination for Covid-19 highly encouraged
Physical Requirements:
- Able to work in a dynamic environment dealing with a wide variety of challenges, deadlines, and a varied and diverse array of contacts
- Able to climb stairs
- Mobility to move independently throughout campus
- May work at a desk and computer for extended periods
- Must be able to remain stationary at a desk or similar, 50% of the time. Time spent in a stationary location includes operating a computer and relevant peripherals and communicating via phone
- Regularly required by the duties of this job to move, ascend and descend, remain stationary, position oneself to access and operate machines and/or equipment and supplies, communicate, exchange information and observe details at close and medium range within work surroundings
- Regularly/occasionally moves up to 25 pounds. Typically involves moving office supplies, Team material, event set-up material, and PPE

Salary ranges from $20-40/hour and is competitive with local public and peer private schools.
