Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk / Concierge Agent. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process as well as booking dining and activity reservations. Duties:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out, ensuring accurate and efficient processing
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Assist guests with reservations, changes, and cancellations
- Provide information about Homestead amenities, local attractions, and directions
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, etc.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong computer literacy
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information
