Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during the breakfast hours. Your primary focus will be on meal preparation, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. A passion for hospitality and guest relations is essential to succeed in this position.
Duties
- Prepare and set up the breakfast area with food items, beverages, and utensils.
- Ensure all food items are fresh, properly stored, and presented attractively.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations.
- Assist guests with their needs, providing information about menu items and dietary options.
- Monitor food levels and replenish as necessary throughout the breakfast service.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and delivery.
- Handle guest inquiries or complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Clean up after breakfast service, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Excellent guest relations skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service.
- Basic knowledge of meal preparation techniques is advantageous.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
