Job Description
The PAC Group seeks a seasoned Maintenance Operations Manager to oversee the efficient operation of all maintenance activities and maintain the highest standards of safety and quality. This critical role requires a highly skilled and experienced professional who can lead a team of maintenance staff and develop effective maintenance plans, schedules, and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians to ensure all maintenance activities are carried out effectively and efficiently.
- Develop, implement, and manage maintenance plans, schedules, and procedures to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of equipment, machinery, and systems according to established schedules.
- Perform repairs on faulty equipment or systems to restore functionality.
- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards through regular audits and evaluations.
- Collect and analyze maintenance data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, providing recommendations for optimization.
- Order necessary parts and materials for repairs and maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in a similar role, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Proven experience in maintenance and repair work, preferably in a similar role.
