Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and sales support
- Assist customers in finding the right products to meet their needs
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions
- Ability to verify various forms of identification
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure products are stocked and displayed properly
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively promote and sell products
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide a positive shopping experience for customers
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic math skills for processing sales transactions and handling cash
- Ability to learn about new products quickly
- Knowledge of cannabis is a plus, must have a willingness to continue cannabis education
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 β 25 per week
