Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service and sales support in a retail environment

- Maintain inventory and ensure products are stocked and displayed properly
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Knowledge of cannabis and Washington state cannabis laws
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and calculating discounts
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Willingness to continue cannabis education
- Detail-oriented with the ability to organize and maintain inventory
