Job Summary Park Operations is a multi-faceted position that will be responsible for, but not limited to, Member & Guest Check In, Membership & Office Admin, Park Operations, Food & Beverage Service, Park Maintenance, and Events.
General Responsibilities
- Support Events in a variety of roles
- Maintain knowledge of all Company information, policies, and procedures
- Assist management with member/guest rule enforcement, as needed
- Assist with transporting members and guests via shuttle and directing traffic, as needed
- Follow all safety and health guidelines as outlined by the company
- Duties include assisting with special events, character performing, Food & Beverage operations, general maintenance, and other duties as assigned.
- Perform all assigned duties including, but not limited to, stocking and cleaning
- Follow all guidelines outlined by manual provided for each position when working in respective departments.
Front Entrance – Member & Guest Check In
- Accurately & efficiently check-in members & guests. Exude the highest level of "friendly but firm" customer service
- Create and maintain member accounts via membership database ensuring timely and effective communications
- Direct traffic and relay pertinent information to the appropriate departments
- Verify vehicles entrance into the park, radio correct department for confirmation if needed.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by Club leadership.
Food & Beverage Service – The Grille, Windy Valley Farms, & Events
- Knowledgeable on menu items, ingredients and able to follow the recipe
- Handle cash, credit card, and member account transactions
- Assist Grille Staff Restock (utensils, condiments, napkins, and etc.)
- Be Knowledgeable and practice proper food safety and handling
- Check Identification to ensure that customers are of legal drinking age before serving them alochol
- Assist with the complete set up and breakdown of the event spaces including but not limited to tables, décor, equipment, etc.
Park Maintenance/Logistics
- Assist with transportation and member parking. Assist with tasks as directed by Manager on Duty
- Organize and maintain all warehouse and storage facilities
- Bathrooms are expected to be cleaned multiple times throughout the day, toilets scrubbed, ground trash picked up, restocked with all supplies (toilet paper, hand soap, shower soap), showers up-kept, mirrors polished, trash bags changed and thrown out in the proper location.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous administrative and/or customer service experience
- Computer literacy; working knowledge of all Microsoft applications; and ability to learn various software programs to efficiently carry out day-to-day operations
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Excellent math skills
- Must be willing to take direction from managers and supervisors
- Must stand, walk, bend, crouch, kneel, reach, and climb continuously
- Ascend/descend stairs and ladders. Work with tools and equipment. Lift, move, push, and carry 50lbs frequently.
- Ability to work flexible shift/hours including weekday, evening & weekend hours, work overtime if needed.

Salary : $18 - $20
