We’re hiring Full-Stack Engineers to play a critical role in building and scaling AI-powered workforce solutions. You’ll own products and problems end-to-end, working across engineering, product, and applied research teams with a focus on velocity and impact.

What You'll Do

• Architect & build new workflows while optimizing and maintaining existing feature-rich systems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Applied Research, Product, GTM, and Engineering teams.
• Drive scalability by implementing architectural improvements and performance optimizations.
• Lead technical decisions and establish best practices across the engineering team.
• Contribute to product engineering efforts, helping to shape the core technology of AI-driven automation.

What We’re Looking For

• 4 years of experience as a Full-Stack Engineer, or significant expertise across both frontend & backend.
• Tech stack experience with TypeScript, Node.js, Next.js, Python, Twilio, Vercel, and AWS.
• Strong architectural skills, with the ability to make trade-offs between speed and scalability.
• Passion for working in a fast-moving, high-impact environment.
