Job Title: Bilingual School Receptionist
Position Type: Fulltime; Hourly with Bilingual Stipend
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our school is seeking a friendly and organized receptionist to join our team. The receptionist will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and providing general administrative support to the school staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries or transfer calls to the appropriate person
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide administrative support to the school staff as needed
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Transportation Coordinator stipend available

REQUIREMENTS:
- Arizona IVP fingerprint clearance card
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
