What are the responsibilities and job description for the Contact Center Representative position at The Pain Treatment Institute?
The Pain Treatment institute is a busy and growing interventional pain management practice with multiple locations. We are seeking a highly experienced, motivated, and dynamic individual for our Front Office Team. Job duties include, but are not limited to:
· Answering Phone Calls
· Patient confirmation calls
· Schedule patient appointments
· Insurance Verification as needed
· New Patient Referrals and scheduling of new patients
· Use of fax machine, copier, and scanner
· Scanning documents into EMR
· Various assigned administrative duties
REQUIREMENTS:
· Preferred: 1-2 years of medical front office experience/contact center
· High School diploma or equivalent
· Strong Interpersonal and communication skills
· Knowledge of computer systems and applications.
· Experience with EMR
· Knowledge of spelling, grammar and punctuation needed to process patient information
· Provide great customer service to our patients in a friendly, courteous and helpful manner.
· Excellent organizational skills
· The ability to comfortably work with a diverse team
