Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Medical Case Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating patient care, managing medical documentation, and ensuring effective communication between healthcare providers, attorneys, and patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate patient treatment plans and follow-up care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation for legal purposes.
• Serve as a liaison between healthcare providers, attorneys, and patients.
• Ensure timely submission of medical reports, billing, and necessary documentation.
• Educate patients about their treatment plans and recovery process.
• Monitor patient progress and address any issues that may arise during treatment.
• Collaborate with medical professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with clinic protocols and legal guidelines related to personal injury cases.

Qualifications:

• Experience in medical case management, , or related healthcare field preferred.
• Strong understanding of personal injury cases and procedures.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in medical documentation and EMR systems.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
