To focus on all Quality Improvement efforts of the agency and to oversee documentation received by all patient care staff.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Properly train all new patient care staff on Agencies’ Policies and Procedures.
Reviews quality of documentation submitted by patient care staff.
Work with Auditing Department, in the continuous training of all patient care staff, according to documentation guidelines established by the agency.
Verify the accuracy and proper documentation of all notes and OASIS submitted for verification.
Responsible for the completion of our QA/UR/Performance Improvement programs and the proper follow-up as necessary.
Liaison with Medicare Quality Improvement Organization (FMQAI), The Joint Commission, and Fazzi Associates in reference to CAHPS Program.
Responsible for reviewing all OBQI/OBQM reports and its analysis.
Conducts monthly in-services.
Submits quarterly reports to all agency committees.
Any other task as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing
Must be a Florida LPN or a Florida RN.
Home Health or administrative experience preferred.

Flexible as to work schedule. Must be available to work on weekends, holidays and in emergency situations.
