The Admissions Director is responsible for overseeing the admissions process at our Facility, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition for prospective residents and their families. This role involves managing marketing efforts, building strong relationships with referral sources, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards while meeting census and revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
Admissions Process Management
- Coordinate and oversee the entire admissions process, including pre-admission assessments , documentation , and the onboarding of new residents.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to determine the facility’s ability to meet the needs of prospective residents.
- Ensure that all admission paperwork is completed accurately and in compliance with state and federal regulations .
