Remote position – mostly out in the market, occasionally in the facility
Monday – Friday, business hours

Reports to Admissions director/ Administrator and can have significant impact to decisions and strategy
Our company is waiting for you to join our team as a MARKETING LIAISON.
The qualifications:
Current and experienced liaison working directly with or in Highlands County area hospital(s) and/or skilled nursing rehabs / clinical settings (prefer at least 2 years)
Have been in the local Highlands area Florida healthcare market for at least 2 years
Good relationship builder, with passion for helping seniors and families
Case Manager, Nurse Case Manager, Social Worker background a plus
The responsibilities:
Obtaining referrals and handling case load with Case Managers
Working with both new and established referral sources
Meet directly with seniors and families in clinical and home settings
