Bartender/Server

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests. The ideal candidate will have experience behind a high volume bar.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Aloha system.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards.
• Provide recommendations on menu items based on guest preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for special events or busy shifts.

Experience

• Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest satisfaction.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
• Familiarity with culinary terms and practices is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a clean dining experience for guests.
• Minimum 1 year of previous Bartender experience.

Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
