Duties:
- Prepare and maintain financial records for multiple clients in various industries
- Process and record financial transactions, including journal entries and invoices (data entry)
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data
- Generate financial reports and statements for management review
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions
Experience
- Knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
- Experience with QuickBooks
- Familiarity with accounting practices and financial concepts
- Ability to perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
