Job Summary
Performs preventive maintenance to facilities and ensures premises are kept at the utmost appearance.
Job Duties /Tasks / Results/ Responsibilities
- Works in combination with painter
- Details guestroom or outlet to include stopping minor leaks from fixtures
- Ensures TV, Remotes, and radio is in proper working order and there are no visible scratches.
- Phones operate correctly cables are out of sight and face plate is in good condition
- Replaces batteries to door locks, remote controls & wireless keyboards.
- Touch up furniture to eliminate scratches
- Caulking to bathroom tub and surfaces
- Doors and hardware operate smoothly
- Lighting works properly, shades undamaged, straightened and tightened.
- Artwork is secured and level, no scratches or cracks
- HVAC thermostat operates properly, filters replaced, vents secured and clean.
- Fans are clean and do not vibrate
- Bathroom accessories are secured & in good condition
- Toilet seats secured, not scratched
- Assist painter with wallpaper installation
- Assist painter as necessary.
