- Answering phone calls.
- Locking and securing building at appropriate time.
- Doing rounds to ensure the safety and well being of residents.
- Being available to allow medical and emergency personnel access to the building at night as needed.
- Collecting and disposing of trash each morning prior to departure.
- Cleaning common area bathrooms as needed.
Salary : $14 - $16
