What are the responsibilities and job description for the Esthetician/Waxer position at The Pampered Peach Wax Bar?
As a Part-Time Esthetician/Waxer at The Pampered Peach, you will provide exceptional waxing and skincare services to our clients. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment while ensuring each client has a top-tier experience. You will also contribute to creating an inviting atmosphere and be an essential part of the overall success of the salon.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform professional full-body waxing services for clients (including sugaring).
- Provide skincare services, including facials, peels, skin analysis.
- Perform lash lifts, brow laminations, and spray tanning.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment in accordance with all health and safety state-board regulations.
- Offer personalized recommendations for skincare/postcare products based on client needs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering excellent customer service.
- Assist with salon operations as needed (e.g., flexible scheduling, cleaning, client check-in).
- Adhere to The Pampered Peach’s standards of professionalism and customer care.
