Job Description
Job Summary :
The Professional Services Engineer (PSE) is responsible for providing billable Professional Services for Kiriworks' customer base. The PSE works on project oriented tasks, thoughtfully installing and configuring the customer's Enterprise Content Management software (System) to meet a customer's defined needs and written requirements, with an emphasis on producing high quality work. They assist customers in maintaining their System by providing services to upgrade System components, as well as providing training and consulting services for configuration and maintenance of System components. The PSE may work independently on smaller projects or on larger projects with a project manager and other engineers and developers. The PSE is responsible for understanding and adhering to identified project constraints such as scope, timeline and budget and works with project managers to communicate variances.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; with the ability to speak to both technical and nontechnical team & customer members.
- Strong documentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task between several projects.
- Good technical troubleshooting skills and the ability to identify the root cause and a logical resolution.
- Successful in a team and project environment, actively working with a project manager, project peers and customer resources to complete tasks within the established scope, duration & budget constraints.
- Experience with the installation and configuration of enterprise software systems.
- Proficiency with administration of Microsoft Server OS & desktop administration required, with certifications preferred.
- Experience with Enterprise Content Management applications preferred, experience with OnBase and / or Kofax (Ascent) Capture is strongly preferred.
- Experience with networking fundamentals and working within LAN / WAN environments is required.
- Experience with administration of Microsoft SQL Server environment is desired.
- Experience with healthcare, pharmacy or manufacturing line-of-business applications such as Epic, SAP, FrameworkLTC is desired.
