The Solution Engineer will help analyze data, build designs, flows, and processes that achieve the desired result for the customer while creating a 'WOW' experience leading to long-lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit customer sites to understand current problems, processes, product profiles, existing MHE, and/or obstacles
- Analyze raw business data, design automated warehouses, create project budgets, and summarize solutions with reports/presentations
- Create 3D drawings/renderings for current proposals and future opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience preferred
- ~5 Years' Experience in the Material Handling Industry or equivalent experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI) and AutoDesk Products (AutoCAD, Inventor, etc.)
- Industry knowledge related to supply chain, logistics, material handling systems, and software (such as WCS, WES, WMS, CCS, ERP, etc.)
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of independence
- Travel up to 20% or as needed
