Job Description
Job Summary:
We seek a dynamic and results-driven Senior Recruiting Consultant to join our team. This role requires a proactive recruiter with proven experience cold-calling passive candidates, building strong pipelines, and successfully filling roles across various industries. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at reaching the ideal candidate, and is highly able to engage passive candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively source, identify and engage candidates through cold calling, networking, and various sourcing techniques.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate qualifications, interest, and fit for client roles.
- Reach out to candidates through various channels to receive a response.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and clients to understand their talent needs and hiring objectives. Conduct in-depth recruiting kick-off calls and act as the face to the client.
- Utilize our ATS to track candidate interactions, ensure accurate documentation, and maintain recruitment metrics.
- Train, mentor, and support Recruiting Consultants to deliver optimal recruiting services
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates in competitive markets.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience through consistent communication and transparency.
- Stay updated with industry trends, recruitment best practices, and market intelligence to enhance sourcing strategies.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in cold-calling candidates and successfully converting passive talent into active job seekers.
- 3 years of recruiting experience (RPO experience preferred).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet recruitment deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively.
- Experience recruiting across various industries.
