So what do we expect from our supervisors?
As a Supervisor at The Panic Room Niagara, YOU are there to help our customers succeed and have a great time! From a warm and enthusiastic welcome, keen observation and attentive clueing, to recommending them their next adventure, you make the difference for our customer's experience. You will be taking on a leading role in our team of gamemasters, showing by example how to run the games. You will liaise with our gamemasters to get their availability and update it to our booking system, and will assist in ensuring all bookings are catered to. You will also oversee small repairs and maintenance of our rooms.
As a supervisor, you will be expected to run our games alongside of our gamemasters. This includes the setting up and resetting of the game experience and ensuring the room and common areas are always presented to high standard. You will greet and engage with customers, lead them to their experience, and observe them as they play their room, giving clues to help them advance. Once the customer has finished playing, you will escort them back, offering recommendations of what games they may like to play next based on their preferences and book them in if they're ready to do so. Once the final goodbyes have been said, you will reset and clean the room, perform small upkeep, then start all over again!

- Punctual and able to work to a schedule
- Outgoing and cheerful personality
- Able to work as a team with fellow Gamemasters
- Keen eye for detail
- Passionate about escape rooms and live experiences
- Flexible
- Good Communication Skills
- Manager or Supervisor background
Experience in the following is preferred, but not required:
- Customer Service
- Sales
- Front of House
Due to the nature of our live business, evening and weekend availability is a must. Hours will primarily fall between the following times:
- Weekdays: 4-10:00pm
- Friday: 12pm to 10.00pm
- Saturday: 10:30 am to 10.00pm
- Sunday:10:30am to 10.00pm
The above hours are subject to customer demand, Flexibility is important due to last minute bookings and changes on the day.
For those looking for more hours, we are able to offer some weekday daytime hours based on customer demand.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
