Our Financial Services Client is seeking a Business Analyst to oversee the planning and execution of technology projects for the organization.
Responsibilities :
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align IT projects to facilitate business objectives
Evaluate the existing systems to correspond with operational needs and identify areas for improvement
Document and define projects and the scope as well as objectives
Assist with vendor partnerships to support processes and enhancements
Perform comprehensive analysis for continuous improvements and enhancements Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree
Experience in supporting proposed IT strategies and evaluating and executing process improvements
Understanding of / Experience within Financial Services Industry
Outstanding problem-solving skills
Experience with testing and mapping business processes and protocols
Astute in leveraging technology for effective data gathering and analysis
Must have outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
