The Panther Group is seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to partner up with a well-known Transportation solution company in Dover, DE . This is a long term remote contract to hire opportunity. Training is onsite for 2-3 months from 8 : 30am - 5 : 00pm then switches to 10 : 30am - 7 : 00pm after training.

Customer Service Representative Job Duties :

  • Answering Inbound calls
  • Perform account maintenance
  • Resolve issues with upset customers
  • Perform data entry

Customer Service Representative Job Requirements

  • Background check and Drug Screen (Including marijuana)
  • 2 years of high volume calls experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to type 30 WPM
  • Reliable transportation for training
