Our client is seeking a Tax Administration Manager for their very busy firm to provide a broad range of support to the Tax Department.
Responsibilities :
Support managing tax shareholders by providing insights to the tax department
Provide support with any additional administrative functions.
Assist in facilitating day-to-day processes within the department.
Support tax administrative functions ensuring efficient operations.
Review reporting and documents prioritizing materials and providing summaries as necessary.
Support with development of training materials.
Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and projects to ensure accuracy.
Provide third-party vendor follow-up.
Perform Quality Control for the tax department reviewing processes and system changes.
Provide feedback on process enhancements for strategies and streamlining workflows.
Collaboration with senior management and colleagues across all levels.
Manage the workflows ensuring smooth operations as well as timely delivery.
Requirements :
Associate’s degree in business or accounting.
At least 6 years in a managerial capacity within Tax operations.
A basic understanding of accounting.
Advanced proficiency with all Microsoft applications.
Proven ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
Must have strong leadership capabilities and the ability to motivate team members.
Must be Tech-savvy with adaptability for a multitude of software applications.
Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities.
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
