The Director of HR Operations partners closely with the EVP of HR and TPS leaders to implement strategic HR initiatives and ensure seamless and compliant operational processes and systems. The role involves assessing current HR operations, developing scalable solutions for future growth, and strengthening the HR team's capabilities. This includes guiding the full spectrum of HR operations—covering everything from total rewards and compensation to policy development and compliance—while managing continuous improvement and change management efforts.
The Director of HR Operations reports directly to Executive VP of Human Resources.
