Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of orders within our warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with various warehouse equipment and a strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
Currently we are located in Dallas and will be moving to Arlington by the end of May. All training will be done in Dallas. We are currently working 4-10hr days but this could change to 5-8hr days depending on the workload.
Duties
- Operate warehouse equipment pallet jacks to move products.
- Accurately prepare and pack orders for shipment while adhering to established guidelines.
- Maintain organization within the warehouse by building and stacking pallets effectively.
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to ensure smooth operations and address any issues that arise.
- Follow OSHA regulations and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift items and perform physical tasks consistently throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills related to fulfillment processes.
