The Paramount at Somers Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a highly motivated licensed rehabilitation clinician for a management role within a thriving rehabilitation department. Candidate must be comfortable working collaboratively with a department leadership team and clinical staff within a robust 300 bed SNF setting.
Job Responsibilities:
- Scheduling treatment for OT, PT, and ST long- and short-term caseloads
- Manage and ensure documentation completion in accordance with Medicare/Medicaid/HMO guidelines
- Provide clerical and clinical support to the DOR and ADOR
- Oversee ordering of DME, departmental equipment, and vendor relations
Requirements:
- Licensed clinician
- 5 years of SNF experience
- Strong time management skills
- Optima/HealthNet proficiency
- Microsoft suite proficiency
- Demonstrated understanding of standard clinical procedures, laws, and regulations
