What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations and Business Manager position at The Parents Estate Planning Law Firm, PC?
We are looking for an Operations/Business Manager who will play all in as they run the smooth and efficient operation of our law firm. We are looking for someone who understands employee engagement, is obsessed with KPI's, enjoys making decisions based on data, and wants to make a position their own.
Our Operations/Business Manager will work directly with the firm owner to oversee everything but the practice of law. This will include strategic and financial planning and goal setting, project management, as well as human resources functions, such as recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews.
The Parents Estate Planning Law Firm is a fast-growing estate planning law firm, looking for an Operations Manager to take us to the next phase of growth. This is a new position. We are looking forward to working with someone who will bring ideas to enhance our team and firm.

Compensation: $105,000 - $115,000 yearly
