Responsibilities :
- Receives written work orders or verbal instructions from supervisor.
- Assists in communication with residents, if necessary, regarding work tickets or needed repairs.
- Prepare apartments for change in occupancy, which may include painting, cleaning, and delivering appliances.
- Cleans internal areas of the community, including dusting, sweeping, and mopping of the clubhouse, offices, model apartments, and amenities.
- Maintains grounds by picking up trash and cleaning common areas.
- Empties trash cans and consolidates trash for weekly pickup.
- Must possess basic knowledge of hand tools.
- Operate snow removal equipment and shovel snow to maintain parking lots and sidewalks.
- Assists other departments with moving furniture, appliances, and unloading and storing appliances.
- Light electrical (replacing light bulbs and sockets).
- Conduct general upkeep procedures (e.g. landscaping) and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry, etc.).
- After-hours on-call availability, overtime, and weekend availability.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
