Night Concierge - The Park at Laguna Springs

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Night Safety personnel to join our team at The Park at Laguna Springs!

NOC Shift available! 12PM - 8AM , FRI & SAT.

Who you are:

You enjoy providing security services to families, residents, and staff. This role performs a variety of tasks related to maintaining a safe, secure community that is tidy and inviting.

What you'll do:

• Complete nightly rounds around the community per the schedule
• Monitor cameras and activity to ensure the safety of residents and staff
• Secure exterior gates and doors of the community
• Performing general housekeeping duties per the schedule
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must be Drug-free and submit to Urinary Analysis Drug screening upon hire and routinely
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations
