Responsibilities :
Extend a gracious and welcoming reception to members and guests upon their arrival, ensuring a personalized and memorable dining experience from start to finish.
Accurately record and relay food and beverage orders, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and a comprehensive understanding of members' preferences and dietary requirements.
Execute the timely and efficient service of food and beverages, meticulously adhering to our exacting presentation and quality standards.
Demonstrate anticipatory service by proactively addressing members' needs and promptly attending to any requests or concerns that may arise during their visit.
Foster seamless collaboration with our kitchen and bar staff to facilitate the smooth coordination of orders and ensure the uninterrupted flow of service.
Uphold impeccable standards of cleanliness and organization within all dining areas, including tables, seating arrangements, and service stations.
Execute payment transactions with precision and discretion, handling credit cards, and member accounts in accordance with established protocols.
Offer your assistance and support during special events, private functions, and banquet services, as necessitated by the demands of the club.

Qualifications :
Previous experience as a server within a distinguished fine dining establishment, private club, or similar upscale dining environment is highly preferred.
Must be of legal age to sell and serve alcoholic beverages, applicable state card or certificate must be provided if required by state law
Possess a comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage service protocols, including mastery of wine service and fine dining etiquette.
Exemplify exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, fostering meaningful connections with members and guests through your courteous and refined demeanor.
Exhibit a keen eye for detail, exceptional organizational abilities, and the capacity to thrive within a fast-paced and demanding hospitality environment.
