What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Security- Overnight Emergency Staff position at The Park Danforth?
The Park Danforth is looking for a new team member to join our front desk security team!
Our ideal candidate will be reliable, mature, and responsible. This role serves as our front line security for the building as well as a warm and welcoming presence at the front desk. Some responsibilities include reviewing security cameras, monitoring folks entering the building, and responding to any urgent matters.
The schedule for this position is:
- Monday thru Friday, 12am to 8am
Daily Responsibilities:
- Monitoring the integrity of the building, it's security, and that of it's Residents during non-business hours.
- This position covers resident and visitor reception duties and triages any urgent alerts from residents, including checking in on them and calling/directing emergency response.
- Ensure the security of the building and it's residents, which includes occasional building walk-throughs, monitoring individuals visiting The Park Danforth, and keeping an eye on security cameras.
- Demonstrate the ability to react calmly and confidently during stressful situations and communicate in a respectful and polite manner.

Pay: $19.50 - 23.00 per hour base rate (before differential).
