Position Overview
As a Barback/Busser, you’ll play a crucial role in keeping the bar and dining areas clean, stocked, and running efficiently. This position is ideal for those looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry while working in a high-energy environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist bartenders by restocking liquor, beer, garnishes, and glassware.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas.
- Collect and clean used glassware and dishes quickly and efficiently.
- Remove trash, replace liners, and keep bar stations clean.
- Support servers and bartenders with additional tasks as needed.
- Uphold all health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting wage: $7.00/hour tips.
- Opportunity to earn additional income through tips.
- Full-time employees are eligible for benefits, including health insurance (60% covered by the company).
