Position Overview
As a bartender at The Park RVA, you’ll craft quality beverages, deliver outstanding customer service, and contribute to an energetic and fun environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with accuracy and flair.
- Provide friendly and attentive service to all guests, ensuring a welcoming experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Uphold all state and company policies regarding responsible alcohol service.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service goals during peak times.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of bartending experience in a high-volume environment.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail preparation, and beer/wine selection.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
Compensation
- Base wage: $4.00/hour plus tips.
- Potential for significant earning through tips based on high guest traffic.
