Position Overview
As a Server at The Park RVA, you’ll be responsible for delivering excellent service, taking orders, and ensuring guests have a great time. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a social, high-energy environment and enjoy working as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Deliver orders promptly while ensuring accuracy and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and service areas.
- Work closely with bartenders and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
- Handle transactions and process payments.
- Follow all health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting wage: $4.00/hour tips.
