We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Real Estate Assistant to join our growing team! This hybrid role will involve working both remotely and in-office to provide administrative, marketing, and client support. Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Manage and update client databases (CRM).
Schedule appointments, showings, and meetings.
Respond to emails, calls, and inquiries on behalf of the agent.
Prepare and organize documents for transactions.
Assist with staging and de-staging. Ability to lift and carry up to 60 lbs is required.
Marketing and Content Creation:
Create and schedule engaging social media posts.
Design flyers, brochures, and listing presentations.
Coordinate professional photography, staging, and videography for listings.
Manage website updates and blog posts.
Run email marketing campaigns (e.g., newsletters).
Client Relations:
Communicate with clients to provide updates on listings or transactions.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular client touchpoints.
Send thank-you notes or gifts to clients.
Assist in organizing client appreciation events.
Listing Management:
Input and update property details on MLS.
Arrange for sign placement and lockbox installation.
Schedule open houses and coordinate showings.
Track and analyze feedback from showings.
Keep sellers informed about the status of their listing.
Other Duties:
Run errands (e.g., delivering documents or gifts).
Order office supplies or marketing materials as needed.
Handle other ad hoc tasks and projects assigned by the agent.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media platforms.
Familiarity with real estate CRMs, MLS systems, or marketing tools is a plus.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Work Schedule:
This position is part-time, with flexible hours averaging 20-30 hours per week. The role is a hybrid position, requiring a mix of remote work and in-office tasks based on weekly needs.
