The Parkview Hotel is currently hiring for a Maintenance Technician. Our Maintenance Technicians are fun, energetic professionals with the ability to exceed expectations using excellent guest service skills and a great smile!
Responsibilities:
- The ideal candidate will have previous basic working knowledge of: Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC and general Carpentry skills while conducting preventive maintenance of facility and equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized and hazard free work area at all times.
- Have the ability to multi-task between on-going projects and daily work orders.
- Follow all maintenance procedures and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Two years of Hotel Maintenance experience.
- Must be able to communicate effectively and accurately with guests and co-workers in order to complete daily work orders.
- Must have availability to include Days, Evenings, Weekends and Holidays.
- Must have reliable transportation as you will be traveling between both Hotels
