We are looking to immediately hire a senior level Consultant to join our growing team in the public sector. In this role, you will support, contribute and/or lead projects for customers in federal, state and local governments, helping them with their mission objectives. You will have an opportunity to work with senior government leaders, and on high profile projects and engagements.
You will have a solid track record with expertise and experience in one or more of the following areas: strategic planning, organizational performance and health, human capital strategy, digital services, shared services, IT management and modernization, and data analytics and visualization.

The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge and experience in organizational development, human resource management, succession planning, career development, organizational design, employee engagement, and process improvement. This role is critical in providing strategic guidance and practical solutions to enhance organizational performance and employee experience within the federal government sector.

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Hybrid work - must be in office several days per month
- Discretionary bonus potential
- Bachelor's degree, Masters degree is a plus
- 6 years experience in the federal government sector - as an employee in the HR department or as a Consultant supporting federal agencies.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: organizational design, organizational development, HR management, succession planning, career development, employee engagement, employee experience, performance improvement, program and project management, organizational assessments, organizational performance and health, benchmarking and data analysis
- Strong leadership, communication (oral and written), logic, innovation, and collaboration skills
- Project management skills. Demonstrated ability to deliver client projects on plan and on budget
- Analytical skills. Knowledge and experience in data analysis tools and techniques is a plus
- Strong interpersonal writing and editing skills
- Must be eligible to work in the US and obtain a security clearance
- Candidates in the DC Metro area or planning to relocate at their expense before starting work will be given preference
