Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred).
7–10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Hands-on experience with Hot Rolling and Scalping operations.
Proven ability to lead major equipment outages and new installations.
Expertise in root cause analysis (8D, 5-Why) and corrective action implementation.
Strong background in preventive maintenance (PM) strategies and spare parts management.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
