Our client, an AMLAW 50 law firm with a highly regarded commercial litigation practice, is seeking to hire an associate with 2 years of experience to join their Orlando office. The hired associate will work on a variety of general litigation matters, including products liability, real estate, ADA and/or class action litigation. They will be responsible for preparing pleadings, initiating, and responding to paper discovery, taking and defending depositions and drafting and arguing dispositive motions.
