Our client, an incredibly successful and rapidly growing Big-Law spin-off is seeking to hire a class year 2022 or 2023 transactional associate to join its Chicago or New York offices. Qualified candidates will have experience with general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and venture capital (private investment funds is a plus). This is an outstanding alternative to Big Law for a talented and qualified attorney to grow their practice in an entrepreneurial environment. This is a partnership track position and compensation is extremely competitive. Must have top academic credentials and experience in Big Law. Chicago-based candidates would work a hybrid schedule and New York-based candidates would be fully remote.
